But Wait - Back to My Story!
So, Here I was, learning the hard way. I'll happily tell you I succeeded beyond my wildest dreams, only to have the tax office put their hand out after my first year of hard work and take most of it from me. Let me tell you, correct structure for tax purposes is paramount. Another lesson learned - and I kept pushing forward. It was the early 2000's, and I was riding the wave of the property boom in Australia at the time. Amazingly, the relatively low prices seen in Australia in the mid-late 90's are nothing like we are now seeing in the United States.
After some 10 years of consistent application of my investment strategy, I am now holding tens of millions of dollars of property in Australia alone. Not too bad for simply chipping away over the past 10 years! The only reason I've managed to do this is a consistent application of the advice and strategies I share in this book.
